Won't couriers reimburse me for any parcel loss or damage?

No, not always. Please check their individual courier service agreements. Many couriers don’t offer insurance or take on any liability for lost or damaged shipments. Generally, if they do, the maximum amount they will reimburse is $100.

Do I need to file an insurance claim with the courier?

No, you simply file a claim through our streamlined claim process form. Most claims take less than a minute to file.

How long does it take for my claim to be processed?

Most claims can be processed in minutes and will be approved in 2-3 business days. All claims will be processed within 7 business days.

When do I get charged for shipping insurance?
