Is Easyship right for me?

Easyship is specifically designed to make shipping frictionless from checkout to delivery, allowing you to focus on building and growing your business. We allow brands to provide the best experience for their customers via flexible delivery options at checkout as well as branded packing slips, tracking pages, and customer emails. Is Easyship a shipping dashboard or shipping API?

Easyship's leading global shipping platform is available as both an App and API. All plans include access to our intuitive shipping dashboard where you can manage settings, generate API keys and monitor analytics and usage, however you can also setup and integrate your shipping workflow using our Open Shipping API for complete flexibility. Our Advanced API Endpoints include multi-carrier shipping rates, domestic and international address validation, HS codes, tax and duty calculation, and third party tracking.

When will I be billed?

All Easyship subscription plans are billed on a monthly payment cycle on the same day every month. After the 14-day free trial, you will be charged your monthly subscription fee (plus any applicable taxes) on the first day of each subsequent billing cycle. You can also choose to stay on the free plan and purchase labels (up to the included limits) with no monthly fees or charges.

How does API billing work?

All plans include access to Easyship’s Advanced API Endpoints. Each plan tier includes a defined number of successful API calls, except for the Free Plan, which does not include any Advanced API calls and operates on a “Pay-As-You-Go” billing model. For all Paid Plans (Plus or above), Overage Fees are only charged if you exceed the defined Advanced API call inclusions.

Can I change my plan?

Of course, you can cancel or change your account at any time. If you upgrade your account, you will be billed the prorated difference between the two tiers for the remainder of the period. Downgrades go into effect at the end of your current billing cycle, so you’ll be able to access features of the higher plan until then. You can also contact our customer support team at any time for assistance.

Are there any other fees?

No, there are no hidden fees or charges. Your total costs are simply your subscription plan, plus the cost of postage and insurance.

Can I cancel my account?

Yes. There is no contract of any kind and no obligation. A plan cancellation goes into effect at the end of the current billing period.

Should I get an Annual Plan?

You can save 20% with an annual plan subscription. You can turn off Auto Renewal during the last month of your annual commitment. This will prevent the plan from renewing for another one-year commitment. If you're looking to cancel your annual plan early, please contact us and we can explore your options. Note that cancelling an annual plan early may result in a cancellation fee.
